Here are the 3 things we recommend for washing your silk product to ensure its longevity:
- Wash at 30°C.
- Spin at 400 revolutions per minute (maximum 600).
- Wash inside out.
In addition to this, it is recommended to wash them in a small protective bag and with similar colors. Silk pillowcases dry very quickly; they will be ready for use again in less than a day. Very convenient, you don't need to iron your silk products.

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item to us. Here's the process for a return:
1. We invite you to return the item to us via the Return Portal to obtain the return label. Important: Please ensure it is in its original packaging.
2. Please then send us a return receipt via email (contact@emilyspillow.com) for parcel tracking.
3. We will proceed with the appropriate processing upon receipt of this receipt.
Our products are delivered within 48 hours to your home or to a pickup point, depending on the chosen delivery method.
We keep your order "on hold" for 24 hours to allow you to make changes if you wish, and then it is delivered within 48 hours.
Please note that our stocks are in Paris, allowing us to deliver very quickly.
For products sold on pre-order (out of stock), the shipping time will be communicated on the product page.
