How can I track my Emily's Pillow order?

To track your order, enter the email and postal code you used when making the purchase on this link.

You will see the exact status of your order.

If it doesn't appear yet, it means it hasn't been shipped. It should be visible soon.

What are the delivery times?

Our products are delivered within 48 hours to your home or a collection point, depending on the delivery method chosen for France. For North America, delivery takes 4 to 5 business days.

For the US and Canada, customs fees are included . No additional charges will be requested upon receipt of your order.

Please note that our stocks are located in Île-de-France, which allows us to deliver to you very quickly.

For products sold on pre-order (out of stock), the shipping time will be communicated to you on the product page.

What are the delivery charges?
  • Delivery rates for France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Spain:

- Free from 80€ purchase at Relay Point
- €3.90 for orders under €80 at a Relay Point - €4.90 for Standard 48H orders at home
- €12.90 in Chronopost EXPRESS 24h to your home

  • For the rest of the European Union, home delivery is €8.90
  • For Switzerland, delivery by Chronopost EXPRESS 24h to your home for €12.50. Customs fees, at your expense, may be added depending on the amount of your order.
  • For Monaco and the rest of the world, Standard delivery is €12.90
How does the delivery process work?

Orders are shipped within 48 hours from our warehouses located in Île-de-France.
Delivery is made to your home or to a collection point, depending on the method chosen when ordering.
For pre-ordered products, the shipping time is indicated directly on the product page.

Do you deliver to Europe, particularly Switzerland?

Yes, we deliver to all countries in Europe, including Switzerland. However, customs fees may be added when paying for your order.

Can I choose my delivery method?

Yes, when ordering, you can select home delivery or delivery to a collection point from the available options.
The available options vary depending on your delivery address.

What to do in case of delivery problems?

Emily's Pillow is not responsible for missing packages after deposit recorded by the carrier. Once your indicated package has been delivered, our responsibility is no longer engaged. Refunds or resends will be made on a case-by-case basis.

In the event of a problem, we recommend that you contact the relevant carrier directly.

What payment methods do we accept?

You can pay for your order securely with:

  • Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Apple Pay
  • Paypal
  • Shop pay

We also accept payments via Edenred.

How does pre-ordering work?

A pre-order allows you to reserve a product that is not immediately available.
Pre-ordered items are generally shipped within an estimated 1 to 4 weeks from the order date. When a product is out of stock, it may be offered for pre-order so that it can be reserved in advance.
If your order contains multiple items, it will be shipped together once all products are available, in order to limit the number of deliveries. As soon as the order is ready to be shipped, a confirmation email with a tracking link will be sent, allowing you to track the package until delivery.

Returns & Refunds

How long do I have to return a product?

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return an item if you are not satisfied.

When will I be reimbursed after a return?

The refund is processed upon receipt and validation of the package in our warehouses. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your bank account then depends on your bank.

Are returns free?

For orders shipped to countries outside the European Union, return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer. For more details, please see our shipping rates .

How do I return or get a refund for an item?

Simply return your pillowcase via a Mondial Relay point.

Steps :

  1. Create a return label on the following link: Mondial Relay return label
  2. Drop off your package at a Mondial Relay point
  3. Send us by email (contact@emilyspillow.com) your order number indicating the reason for the return. The total amount of your order will be refunded upon receipt of the package in our warehouses.

How long does it take to return a product if I am not satisfied?

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item to us.

About our products

What are your pillowcases made of?

Our pillowcases are made entirely of silk. 100% silk, nothing but silk.

What is the difference between Luxe and Classic pillowcases?

All our silk pillowcases are of superior quality: 22 momme, one of the best on the market.
The difference lies in their manufacture: the Luxe pillowcases (Made in France) are designed in our workshops in France, while the Classic pillowcases are made in China, the historical cradle of silk.
We work with specialist workshops that guarantee artisanal know-how, each pillowcase being handmade.

How does the pillowcase close?

The pillowcase closes with a very discreet zipper, hidden in the seam.

We worked with the workshop to reinforce the seams to have very strong seams on both ends.

How do I wash my silk pillowcase and sheets?

Three things must be absolutely respected when washing your silk pillowcase (or sheets) so that it lasts over time:

  1. Wash at 30°
  2. With a spin speed of 400 rpm (600 max)
  3. Wash inside out

In addition to that, it is recommended to wash them in a small protective bag and with similar colors.

Silk pillowcases dry very quickly; in less than a day they will be usable again for sleeping.

Very practical, you don't need to iron your silk products.

How do I wash my silk face mask?

The most practical way to wash the silk face mask is to wash it with Marseille soap (another soap will do just fine) under hot water.

The mask then dries within a few hours. It is also possible to machine wash it at 30 degrees.

Soap kills bacteria and microbes and it is therefore not necessary to heat our fabrics to 60 degrees to kill viruses and bacteria.

Where is silk produced?

Our silk is produced in China, the cradle of silk since time immemorial. For your information, there is no longer any silk production in France , or only for very small volumes reserved for artistic crafts.

We have selected the most beautiful silk, grade 6A (the longest and highest quality thread) and of incomparable softness.

Our partners are small cooperatives of 30 people who weave the silk themselves and do the sewing.

Apart from shipping from China to France, the round trips are therefore very limited. In addition, our stocks are based in France, which allows us to group the shipping of our products to limit the carbon impact.

Other anti-green washing information: French linen, for example, unfortunately goes to Asia to be transformed into thread before returning to France to be woven. The carbon impact is therefore no better than what we offer with silk.

BUT

We have created a range made in France in order to favor French labor and know-how.

Silk will always come from China, but it was important for us to bring added value to our territory.

What is a momme?

The momme is the unit which defines the weight per square meter of silk .

This is why our 19 momme pillowcase will be lighter than the 25 momme by around 40 grams.

The higher the momme unit, the thicker and heavier the silk will be. The 25 momme is the highest unit in existence.

The texture for the 25 momme is therefore more luxurious because the material is denser and thicker.

However, the 19 momme is quite satisfactory knowing that the silk resists over time.

Do promo codes apply to packs?

Our promotional codes are valid on our entire site, with the exception of packs, which already benefit from an automatic 10% discount.

Loyalty program

How to create an account / reset a password?

To create an account, simply follow the instructions on our site by filling out the "Registration / Create an account" form.

To reset your password, go to the login page and click "Forgot Password". If you already have an account, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password after entering your email address.

How to use loyalty program points?

Using points is very simple. You can accumulate points through your purchases or by completing the missions offered by our loyalty program. Once you have acquired a certain number of points, you can exchange them for rewards in the form of vouchers, which can be used directly on our site. Depending on your points, you can obtain vouchers of 5, 10 or 20 euros. However, these vouchers cannot be combined on the same order.

Can the vouchers from the loyalty program be combined?

Each loyalty voucher is used individually.
Loyalty program vouchers cannot be combined on the same order . Only one voucher can be used per purchase.
We advise you to use your voucher on an order that you really enjoy to fully benefit from it.

Where can I check my points balance?

Your points balance is accessible at any time.
Simply log in to your customer account and go to your loyalty section . There you will find the number of points accumulated, the available rewards, and your activity history.
This space allows you to easily track your benefits and choose the right time to use your points.

Can I earn points without placing an order?

Yes, it is possible to earn points even without making a purchase.
You can accumulate points by completing certain actions offered by the loyalty program, such as creating your account , specific missions , or benefits linked to key moments , such as your birthday.
These actions are ideal for starting to accumulate points and enjoying rewards more quickly.
