Three things must be respected when washing your silk so that it accompanies you for many years:

2. Spin at 600 revolutions/minute
3. Wash inside out

Here's the process for a return :
We invite you to return the item to us via the Return Portal in order to obtain the return label. Important: Please put it in its original packaging. Once the package is received and meets the conditions (undamaged, unused), the refund will be processed automatically.
The pillowcases are produced in certified and historic workshops in Asia that we have personally chosen and visited. These workshops are located in China, the birthplace of silk, where its ancestral know-how is located.
