    Return and refund

    You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item to us.

    Here is the procedure for a return:

    We invite you to return the item to us via the Return Portal in order to have the return label. Important : Please put it in its original packaging.

    Once the package is received and meets the conditions (undamaged, unused) the refund will be processed automatically.

    How is the delivery going?

    Our products are delivered within 48 hours to your home or to a relay point depending on the delivery method chosen.

    We leave your order "on hold" for 24 hours to modify it if you wish, then it is delivered within 48 hours.

    Please note that our stocks are in Île-de-France, which allows us to deliver to you very quickly.

    1. it must be washed at 30°
    2. with a spin of 400 rpm (600 max)
    3. wash inside out

    In addition to this, it is recommended to wash them in a small protective bag and with similar colors.

    La couleur champagne ne bloque pas totalement la lumière !!! Très déçue pour cela. J'ai un autre masque en soie bien plus fin mais de couleur bleu foncé et qui bloque totalement la lumière. Sinon à part ça, il est magnifique et très confortable. Malheureusement pour moi, c'est de l'argent gaspillé car il n'est pas assez efficace pour filtrer la lumière donc je ne peux pas m'en servir. Certainement que la couleur bleue proposée fonctionne bien car plus foncée.

    J’en ai acheté je ne sais combien sur un site américain bien connu , mais avec celui là je sens que c’est parti pour durer . Une sensation douce , réconfortante qui enrobe le visage sans le comprimer , j’attends de voir l’évolution du scratch sur la durée mais la soie est vraiment d’une super qualité, en plus ça vient du chnord comme moi que demander de plus .     Absolument conquise ! J’ai acheté ce masque non seulement pour reposer mes yeux de longues heures passées devant un écran d’ordinateur mais aussi apaiser des migraines grâce au noir total.
    Je cherchais de la légèreté également et de la douceur : ce masque bien enveloppant et si léger coche toutes les cases !
