Mulberry fields as far as the eye can see, the ancestral know-how of a region, and a legendary road. We could not imagine our production in any other way than through China. With a strong desire to bring value locally, in France.
Thanks to our founder's extensive supply chain expertise, we were able to identify the right partners from the very beginning. Five years later, we're still working with them and have grown together. We've been able to visit their workshops, the mulberry fields, and the manufacturing process. It's fascinating. And amidst all this sericulture tradition, we've especially discovered women and men who are passing on a story.
This story is also ours today.

Our historic workshop in China
For 5 years, we have been working with the same partner in the Jiangsu region, the ancestral cradle of silk.
We paid particular attention to its history, its Oeko-Tex certification, the quality of its facilities and of course, the silk used.
We're proud to say we've been able to grow together. Our partner has improved their processes for us and even relocated to support our production.
Since then, we've found two other workshops so we're not 100% dependent on him. And the quality of the human relationship and the care given to the products prevail in each of our choices.

Our French workshop in Lille
Very quickly, we wanted to develop a production line here in France. Hence our Made in France range. A local presence was dear to our hearts to "do our part."
We have selected a workshop that has been committed to Made in France for 3 generations, a historic player, labeled Origine France, with a CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) approach.
The silk is imported from China through our historic workshop.
Then it's received, cut, hand-sewn by an experienced seamstress, and packaged in Lille. Finally, it's sent to our Parisian warehouse.

Our modes of transport
We promote rail transport to bring silk from China to France.
We have even added it to our objectives: 60% of our deliveries must be made by train.
It's a risky bet. We've already had shipments stuck for weeks.
For this reason, the plane remains an essential means for certain shipments, even if we avoid it as much as possible.

Zero plastic packaging
We have taken on the challenge of being 0 plastic in our supply chain and our packaging.
Our suppliers have questioned us about the risk of damage during shipping. Plastic remains the best way to share our products.
We listened to our instincts and established new standards: we're the only ones to deliver without plastic blisters or over-packaging. And we don't regret it.

Our finishes - real expertise
After 5 years of experience with silk and more than 10 years of being fascinated by it, we were able to determine the perfect combination: 22 momme, grade 6A silk, with a natural dye. Reinforced and aesthetic seams thanks to the piping. A discreet, if not invisible, zipper, reinforced at the ends.
Silk that resists the effects of time and machine washing. To last for many years.
