    Silk care

    The 3 things we recommend for washing your silk product so that it lasts over time:

    1. machine wash at 30°
    2. With a spin of 400 rpm (600 max)
    3. Wash inside out

    In addition to this, it is recommended to wash them in a small protective bag and with similar colors.

    Silk pillowcases dry very quickly, in less than a day they will be usable again to sleep on.

    Very practical, you do not need to iron your silk products, unless you wish.

    You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item to us.

    How is the delivery going?

    Our products are delivered within 48 hours to your home or to a relay point depending on the delivery method chosen.

    Grosse déception. Ce n'est pas la premiere fois que je rencontre ce type de problème de qualité avec cette marque. Je suis une fan absolue de la soie depuis très longtemps et je l'achetais lors de mes voyages en Chine. J'ai voulu acheter français, aider une entreprise française, faut que c'est vrai seulement pour les taies d'oreiller. Le reste vient directement de Chine. La housse de couette a des problèmes de décoloration par endroits, j'avais eu le meme problème avec une chemise de pyjama au debut, sur ma première commande. Le SAV avait très bien géré.
    Je suis obligee de mettre beaucoup de coussins et dessus de lit lourd pour empêcher la housse de couette de glisser. Malgré tout, elle glisse toujours. Surtout si je rajoute le drap plat en dessous. Il ne me manque que le drap housse mais je vais m'en passer. J'imagine le tableau, entre le pyjama en sois, les taies et les draps, ce ne sera plus un lit mais une patinoire. Pour couronner le tout, il y a eu un problème technique lors du passage de la commande, la faute ayant été reconnue par le SAV mais il fallait le temps "pour faire remonter l'information a la direction "...Et ca commence a faire longtemps. Alors satisfaite ou remboursée ? C'est le moment de savoir si c'est bien vrai.
