Return and refund

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item to us.

Here is the procedure for a return:

We invite you to return the item to us via the Return Portal in order to have the return label. Important : Please put it in its original packaging.
Please then send us proof of return by email (contact@emilyspillow.com) for tracking of the package.
We will proceed with the appropriate processing upon receipt of this proof.

How is the delivery going?

Our products are delivered within 48 hours to your home or to a relay point, depending on the delivery method chosen for France. For North America, delivery takes 4 to 5 working days.

Please note that our stocks are located in the Paris region, which means we can deliver very quickly.

For products sold as pre-orders (out-of-stock), the delivery time will be indicated on the product page.

Etonnant ! J’etais dubitative mais effectivement les cheveux sont tres doux.
Parfois difficile à tenir sur la tete toute la nuit…

Ne serre pas la tête tout en se maintenant très bien toute la nuit, j’étais septique avant de l’essayer mais je me suis réveillée avec le matin sur les cheveux.
Protège bien ,ce qui va être essentiel pour moi afin de retrouver ma masse capillaire et des longueurs en complément de bain d’huile de pousse. Je dois absolument protéger mes cheveux des frottements agressifs et le bonnet de soie est donc parfait pour ça .
