Why did I create Emily's Pillow?
“I discovered the benefits of the silk pillowcase in 2012.
I was then looking for a solution to take care of my hair and help it regain its shine after significant hair loss.
I was amazed by the results . My hair was less damaged and as a bonus, my skin felt less tight when I woke up!
I became fascinated by this material, its benefits and its history.
A few years later, I wanted to democratize the benefits of silk by creating a responsible and committed brand. Emily's Pillow was born.

The silk pillowcase is one of the best-kept beauty secrets in all of history. Even great empresses and princesses slept in silk to preserve their hairstyles, the shine of their hair , and the beauty of their skin upon waking.
Silk is a material that has always fascinated. It is a fabric that offers an unparalleled softness to the touch, which naturally reflects light, with a sublime blend of suppleness and voluptuousness .
When I was little, my grandmother made us sleep in satin sheets. The spirit was there: the idea of a noble and supple material, a delicate touch, and above all, the pleasure of slipping into a material that protects our skin and hair.
It is to pay homage to this material and to the beautiful memories that Emily's Pillow was born.
Our silk, a choice of quality and naturalness
We didn't want just any silk. We selected workshops with ancestral know-how in the cradle of silk, Hangzhou, China.
Our fabrics are Oeko-Tex , the dyes are vegetable and free from toxic products.
With Emily's Pillow, the goal is to perpetuate this tradition and constantly renew and bring our ideas to life to bring a touch of modernity to this know-how.
The company's story began with our flagship product, the silk pillowcase . Since then, Emily's Pillow has grown considerably and offers many products, always made of 100% silk .
A local and original anchor
Alongside a selection of partners from the silk basin in Asia, we wanted to develop a line of high-end 22 momme pillowcases, made in a workshop in the north of France.
Because even if the most beautiful silks remain in Asia, a local anchorage represented for us a way of doing our part.
To offer a conscious choice without "forcing" it. We don't believe in overly radical choices. Black or white. For us, offering tailor-made products in Asia and France allows us to accommodate everyone's desires and budgets.
