    Usage tips

    • 1- Use your makeup remover

      Apply a small amount of your makeup remover to the pure silk side of the pad. Gently massage your skin in circular motions to remove makeup and impurities.

    • 2- Deep cleaning

      For days when a more thorough cleanse is needed, use the washed silk side of the pad. Lightly dampen it with warm water and apply a gentle cleanser. Gently sweep the pad over your face.

    • 3- Regular maintenance

      After each use, rinse the pad under warm water to remove makeup and cleanser residue. For a deeper clean, you can hand wash the pad with mild soap or place it in a laundry bag in the washing machine.

    Return and refund

    You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item to us.

    Here is the procedure for a return:

    1. We invite you to return the item to us via the Return Portal in order to have the return label. Important : Please put it in its original packaging.
    2. Please then send us proof of return by email (contact@emilyspillow.com) for tracking of the package.
    3. We will proceed with the appropriate processing upon receipt of this proof.

    How is the delivery going?

    Our products are delivered within 48 hours to your home or to a relay point depending on the delivery method chosen.

    We leave your order "on hold" for 24 hours to modify it if you wish, then it is delivered within 48 hours.

    Please note that our stocks are in Île-de-France, which allows us to deliver to you very quickly.

    3. wash inside out

    In addition to this, it is recommended to wash them in a small protective bag and with similar colors.

    Silk pillowcases dry very quickly, in less than a day they will be usable to sleep on again ;)
