Return and Refund Policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. After this period, we are unfortunately no longer able to issue refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, with its packaging intact.

Other items that cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards.

To initiate a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not return your purchase directly to the manufacturer.

In certain cases, a partial refund may be granted, in particular if:

  • The item is not in its original condition, is damaged or incomplete, without this being due to an error on our part.
  • The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the item. We will then notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time to process your refund. You may also want to contact your bank, as additional processing times may apply.

Sale items (if applicable):

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us by email at contact@emilyspillow.com .

Gifts :

If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping :

To return a product, you will need to mail it. Please contact us for the exact shipping address.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If a refund is granted, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

The time it takes to receive your exchanged item may vary depending on where you live.

If you are returning an item worth more than €50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing delivery insurance.

We cannot guarantee receipt of your return without proof of delivery.
