    Return and refund

    You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item to us.

    Here is the procedure for a return:

    1. We invite you to return the item to us via the Return Portal in order to have the return label. Important : Please put it in its original packaging.
    2. Please then send us proof of return by email (contact@emilyspillow.com) for tracking of the package.
    3. We will proceed with the appropriate processing upon receipt of this proof.

    How is the delivery going?

    Our products are delivered within 48 hours to your home or to a relay point depending on the delivery method chosen.

    We leave your order "on hold" for 24 hours to modify it if you wish, then it is delivered within 48 hours.

    Please note that our stocks are in Île-de-France, which allows us to deliver to you very quickly.

    How do I maintain my silk?

    3 things must be respected when washing your silk product so that it lasts over time:

    1. you have to wash at 30°
    2. with a spin of 400 rpm (600 max)
    3. wash inside out

    In addition to this, it is recommended to wash them in a small protective bag and with similar colors.

    Silk pillowcases dry very quickly, in less than a day they will be usable to sleep on again ;)

    J’ai essayé plusieurs turbans en soie auparavant, mais celui-ci est de loin le meilleur. Non seulement il est super joli avec son motif léopard, mais il est aussi hyper efficace pour protéger mes cheveux la nuit. Je dors mieux, sachant que mes cheveux sont bien enveloppés dans cette soie de qualité.
