Return and Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of products are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids.

Other items that cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards.

To complete your return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact the entity that issued your credit card, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted. If, after completing all these steps, you still have not received your refund, please contact us at emilyspillow@gmail.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We replace an item only if it is defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at emilyspillow@gmail.com.

Gifts

If the returned item was identified as a gift when purchased and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not identified as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will be informed that you have returned the item.

Shipping

To return a product, you must send it by mail. Be sure to contact us to get the exact postal address.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it. Depending on where you live, the time it may take to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued at more than €50, you should consider using a shipping service that allows you to track the shipment or subscribe to delivery insurance.

We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
